The family of Peace Lutheran Church is a loving and caring Christian congregation of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod that first started as a small group of families in 1978. By God's grace, our fellowship has grown to over 350 disciples and are looking forward to our 50th Anniversary! Our unique community welcomes all types of families, single, nuclear, widowed, broken, and blended, and we wish to partner with you in your faith journey. To learn more about what we believe please refer to our "What We Believe" web page and contact our office to set up a meeting with Pastor Smith.
The purpose of Peace Lutheran Church is to serve its members and to spread the Kingdom of God to all people by the preaching of the Word of God, the administration of the Sacraments, the religious instruction of children, youth, and adults, according to the confessional standard of the Evangelical Lutheran Church, and to foster Christian fellowship and charity.
Proclaiming the peace of God which comes through our savior: Jesus Christ.
Educating all God’s children through Bible studies, Sunday school, and family life classes.
Assisting those with needs in our community and throughout the world.
Committing our hearts, time, and resources to further God’s mission in the places He leads us.
Enriching the lives of others by bringing them the peace of God.
"Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:18-20 (NIV)
